Residence hall Leadership Involvement Teams (LIT) have a position as Jitters representative. The Jitters rep is someone on LIT appointed by their advisor to go between Jitters and LIT. The keep LIT updated with Jitters events and keep Jitters updated with hall information that pertains to Jitters, as well as helping to coordinate events in Jitters.

 They're asked to also volunteer in the kitchen so they better understand how Jitters runs, but it's not mandatory.
