The meeting was called to order at 7:03 pm in UC 259 by President Alicia Haubrich and recording Secretary Robby Gregorzewski.

Matt Westphal moved to approve the minutes from the Oct. 7, 2009 meeting with a second by Carly Viso. The minutes were passed with a vote of consent.

** A motion was made to move the meeting time up to 6:15 for next week. The motion was passed with a vote of 25 Yes, 1 No, 6 Abstained.**

Guest Speakers:  
Tim Scully – WSG President

Tim came and asked for money for On Campus Polling Stations. He needs funds for additional funding for polls and is asking for $2,500. It will benefit East side of campus as well. Please bring polling discussion back to Halls.

Robby G. & Carly Viso – Homecoming Court Nominees

Go Vote! Homecoming will be awesome.

ARA Report- We have nothing to say this week.

Old Business:  
AMA Speaker Holly Beck- $1,000 Funds Request

It was agreed that RHA would give $10 per resident up to $1,000 reimbursed after the conference. The Amount was voted on and passed with a vote of 26 Yes, 0 No, and 6 Abstained.

New Business:

Get Well Gifts for Jason Hartwig and Matthew Zastrow- Jason will be back later this week; RHA will be sending him a welcome back gift. Matthew will be having an extended stay in the hospital so we will be sending him a Care Package. Please take and bring ideas back to your LITs. This will be discussed further at our next meeting.

ABC Funds Request - Jessica Greenwood and Joe Christensen from Arey/Benson Complex requested $300 for Halloween Fright Night funds. Please take this back to your LITs to be discussed and voted on next week.

LIT $$$ amount. The low-rise residence halls will be receiving $1,600 and $2,000 for the Wells towers to use this year for dorm programs. Please bring this amount back to LITs.

*Passed out 5 Spook-tacular Ads per person to pass out to 5 people living

   in their halls as well as purple posters to post on your dorm doors!

* Terry talked about taking halls offline for new remodeling of halls. Also he said to complete the Campus Climate Survey which closes today. He informed incoming freshman to complete the Map Works. OCM packages will be coming soon so be sure to check your mail boxes for them! Honorariums will be online to fill out so be sure to do so! Thanks!
